Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to lead pharmacy technician operations across Specialty and Community locations. This full-time role partners with the Pharmacy Operations Manager to supervise, coach, train, and manage technicians while promoting standardized workflows, medication safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current Washington State Pharmacy Technician Certification in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of pharmacy technician experience.
• Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification.
• ASHP Specialty Pharmacy Technician Certificate within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and manage pharmacy technicians.
• Support standardized workflows, medication safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, department leaders, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and technician competency development.
