Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor – Technician to oversee technical and non-technical functions under a pharmacist, ensuring safe pharmaceutical care and operational excellence. The role leads people and processes, supports revenue and cost initiatives, and oversees procurement, dispensing, inventory, and 340B activities.

Minimum qualifications include high school diploma, state license as Pharmacy Technician, PTCB CPhT, and at least three years of pharmacy tech

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician state license.
• PTCB National Certification (CPhT).
• 3 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance people, processes and programs supporting direct patient care.
• Monitor quality assurance activities, identify opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.
• Oversee procurement activities including purchasing, receiving, storing, distribution, inventory, compounding and dispensing of pharmaceuticals.
