Qualifications

• 5 years relevant pharmacy technician experience or 1 year of relevant supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program or equivalent is required.
• Certification in aseptic sterile compounding (USP <800>) and hazardous drug handling required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff supervision in the AMES pharmacy team.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll processes.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and operational leadership for safe medication preparation.
