Johns Hopkins Medicine is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will manage pharmacy operations, ensure compliance, and support technician training and development.

You will be responsible for overseeing scheduling, payroll processes, and ensuring adherence to best practices in sterile compounding. Candidates should have relevant experience, certifications, and excellent leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant pharmacy technician experience or 1 year of relevant supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program or equivalent is required.
• Certification in aseptic sterile compounding (USP <800>) and hazardous drug handling required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and staff supervision in the AMES pharmacy team.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll processes.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and operational leadership for safe medication preparation.
