Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor – Technician to oversee technical and non-technical functions under a pharmacist, ensuring safe pharmaceutical care and operational excellence. The role leads people and processes, supports revenue and cost initiatives, and oversees procurement, dispensing, inventory, and 340B activities.
Minimum qualifications include high school diploma, state license as Pharmacy Technician, PTCB CPhT, and at least three years of pharmacy tech

The Pharmacy Supervisor – Technician provides safe, quality technical and non-technical functions which assist in provision of pharmaceutical care under the supervision and direction of a registered pharmacist in accordance with level of experience, education, policies and procedures. Accountable for leading, managing and advancing people, processes and / or programs that support direct or indirect patient care. Implements strategic and operational initiatives including new services/programs, revenue enhancement, expense reduction, managed care utilization systems, and strategies.
Responsible for the successful achievement of strategic objectives and goals and optimizing resources to achieve the desired outcomes Monitor quality assurance activities and issues, identify opportunities, and create corrective action plans to improve operational effectiveness Support business development, revenue integrity, and 340B program activities Ensure colleagues are assigned to work areas to achieve established standards for operational support Support procurement activities including purchasing, receiving, storing, distribution, inventory, compounding and dispensing of pharmaceuticals
Full time 40hrs M-F days
Pay Range: $28 - $40 per hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
