Join our closed-door pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor. Work in collaboration with the Pharmacist-in-Charge to execute day-to-day operational needs, including overseeing department workflow, ensuring that your team is appropriately trained, and providing feedback to ensure teams are performing their duties according to organizational standards and current priorities.
Location: On site at our Closed door LTC Baltimore Pharmacy
Salary: Starting at $65,000 - $75,000 annually (dependent on experience and license type)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 2:00am, rotating weekends
Report To: Fulfillment Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pharmacy fulfillment operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Lead, coach, train, and support pharmacy technicians while assisting with scheduling, attendance management, and performance development.
- Monitor and adjust staffing and workflow priorities to meet operational deadlines and productivity goals.
- Oversee automated dispensing, packaging, bulk fulfillment, staging, and toting activities to ensure timely and accurate prescription processing.
- Ensure inventory, supplies, and equipment are properly maintained, replenished, and operational.
- Coordinate with pharmacists, operations leadership, and courier services to resolve workflow challenges and support on‑time deliveries.
- Manage medication returns, documentation, and inventory disposition in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits, maintain quality standards, and promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Utilize pharmacy systems and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a key operational resource, escalating concerns and collaborating across departments to ensure exceptional service and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician and in good standing with Board of Pharmacy.
- Nationally certified as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB/NHA) required.
- Two to three years prior supervisory pharmacy technician experience required.
- Familiarity with light assembly or machine operations is helpful.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
