Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus in Ohio is seeking a Pharmacy Technician who will prepare, label, and repack medications, including sterile compounding. You will deliver prescriptions to storage areas and maintain inventories within a busy hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED and is a CPhT with OBOP registration, with a commitment to update credentials within 6 months. Shifts run five 8‑hour days with varying start times, including weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA upon hire.
• Active OBOP registration as CPhT/Registered/Technician Trainee upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Prepare medications by selecting, labeling, repacking, non-sterile and sterile compounding.
• Deliver medications to appropriate storage locations accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate inventories and complete cycle counts and nursing unit inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and document temperature logs and training as required.
• Use information systems and automation to complete tasks.
• Assist with training pharmacy caregivers and students.
