Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Refill Technician in Mississippi to support the pharmacy team with accurate, timely filling and delivery of specialty medications. You will assist patients through the refill process, handle outbound and inbound calls, and help maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities include triaging calls, clarifying prescriptions with pharmacists, coordinating refills, and assisting with claim adjudication.

Qualifications

• Mississippi-registered state pharmacy technician.
• Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred; 2+ years experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; strong communication & organizational skills.
• Empathy, integrity and a team-first mindset.
