Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff. You will make outbound refill calls, process requests promptly, and answer/triage incoming pharmacy calls.

Additionally, you will clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians, coordinate medication refills with accurate data entry, and assist with claim adjudication and troubleshooting of rejected claims.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.
• State licensure in pharmacy technician (Mississippi) or willingness to obtain.

What You Need:

• State-registered (Mississippi) Pharmacy Technician ; CPhT preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician; High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
