Qualifications
- Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license required.
- Certification within 6 months of hire with company-paid exam.
- Professional phone presence in a support role.
- High accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Responsibilities
- Process data entry of prescriptions per Blink protocols, including complex entries.
- Serve as contact for provider communications, handling outbound/inbound calls.
- Accept inbound provider calls via warm transfers, excluding patient calls.
- Resolve open issues with pharmacists, technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
- Perform tasks in a safe, compliant manner per policy and law.
- Other duties as assigned for Pharmacy Technician role.
