Blink Health in Missouri is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to enter electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions with high accuracy, while communicating with providers to resolve issues. The role emphasizes compliance with state and federal laws and collaboration across departments.

Candidates must hold a Missouri Pharmacy Technician license, and will be supported to obtain certification within 6 months with company-paid exam potential raises on certification.

Responsabilidades

• Process data entry of prescriptions (electronic, faxed, and verbal) per Blink protocols, including complex entries.
• Serve as contact for provider/physician communications, handling outbound and inbound calls.
• Accept inbound provider calls via warm transfers; patient calls not part of this role currently.
• Resolve open issues from pharmacists, technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Perform tasks in a safe, compliant manner per policies and laws.
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher-difficulty entries
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls
• Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve
• Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold an active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license
• Must obtain certification within 6 months of hire; company paid (passed) certification exam; immediate compensation increase upon certification
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations

Shifts

• 10 AM - 6 PM CST(Monday - Friday)
• 11 AM - 7 PM CST(Monday - Friday)
• 12 pm - 8 pm CST (Monday - Friday)
• Saturday shifts rotate among the team (8 AM – 4 PM CST) you'll always know your schedule in advance.
