Job summary

BlinkRx is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to process prescription data entries and act as a point of contact for provider communications. The role requires MO licensure or willingness to obtain and a minimum of 6 months in a pharmacy tech or related setting.

You will handle inbound provider calls, work with pharmacists and other technicians, and perform duties in a compliant, detail-focused manner. Shift options available at the Chesterfield, MO location.

Qualifications

6 months pharmacy tech or similar experience.
Certification required prior to joining.
Active MO license or willingness to obtain.
Professional phone presence.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
Proficient in pharmacy calculations.

Responsibilities

Process data entry of prescriptions per Blink protocols, with focus on complex entries.
Serve as contact for provider communications, handling outbound/inbound calls.
Inbound provider calls via warm transfers; patient calls not part of this role.
Resolve open issues across pharmacists, technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
Perform all tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.
Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.
