Job summary

Blink Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Chesterfield, MO. You will process electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions, communicate with providers, and resolve cross-department issues while complying with state and federal laws.

Qualified candidates hold an active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license and have at least 6 months of experience. Training leads to certification with company-paid exam and a potential immediate pay increase upon certification.

Qualifications

• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of prescriptions per Blink protocols, including complex entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider communications via calls.
• Inbound provider calls handled with context; patient calls not part of this role currently.
• Resolve open issues across departments (pharmacists, technicians, Incident Coordinator).
• Perform tasks in a safe, compliant manner per policies and laws.
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.

Responsibilities:

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher-difficulty entries
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls
• Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve
• Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role

Requirements:

• Licensure: Must hold an active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license
• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician experience
• Must obtain certification within 6 months of hire; company paid (passed) certification exam; immediate compensation increase upon certification

Shifts: Available Shift Options:

• 10 AM - 6 PM CST(Monday - Friday)
• 11 AM - 7 PM CST(Monday - Friday)
• 12 pm - 8 pm CST (Monday - Friday)
• Saturday shifts rotate among the team (8 AM – 4 PM CST) you'll always know your schedule in advance.

Location: 400 South Woods Mill Rd, Chesterfield, MO
