Qualifications

• Professional and courteous communication when assisting patients and handling inquiries.
• Accuracy in prescription input, labeling, calculations, and record management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with prescription terminology, dosage forms, and product recognition.
• Effective verbal and written communication, including phone interactions with patients.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and federal and state pharmacy laws.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and completing repetitive tasks.
