Job summary

Safeway is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription processing, data entry, and medication preparation under pharmacist supervision. You will interact with patients, answer questions, and route clinical inquiries to the pharmacist.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ per location rules).
• Board of Pharmacy registration or licensure where applicable.
• Ability to operate computers, registers, and pharmacy systems.
• Pharmacy training programs and technician development completed.
• Knowledge of pharmacy procedures, prescription processing, and HIPAA.
