The role involves regular patient interaction, handling inquiries, and directing questions to the pharmacist as needed. You will help maintain records, restock supplies, and keep the workspace clean, all while adhering to HIPAA and federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ or 18+ depending on location requirements
• Current Board of Pharmacy registration or licensure where applicable
• Successful completion of required pharmacy training programs and technician development requirements
• Working knowledge of pharmacy procedures, prescription processing, and HIPAA guidelines

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately and promptly.
