Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care across our stores. You will be responsible for safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, engaging with patients with empathy, and adhering to SOPs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
• Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Deliver patient-centered service with clear communication and empathy
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Maintain accuracy in labeling and dosage calculations and protect patient privacy and security
• Monitor and manage inventory tasks per SOPs and regulatory guidelines
