Qualifications

• Ability to process prescriptions and enter data accurately
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow state/federal laws
• Proficiency with pharmacy terminology, dosage forms and product recognition
• Strong math skills and basic computer literacy for patient transactions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and providers

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
• Enter data and prepare medications for dispensing
• Interact with patients, answer questions, and direct inquiries to the pharmacist
• Maintain organized records, restock supplies, and keep the workspace compliant with regulations
