Qualifications

• Must have strong customer interaction skills and professional communication.
• Experience with data entry, prescription processing, and order processing within regulatory limits.
• Excellent accuracy in input, labeling, calculations, and record management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and compliance.
• Familiarity with prescription terminology, dosage forms, and product recognition.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including phone interactions with patients and providers.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and federal/state pharmacy laws.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and completing repetitive tasks.
