Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Buffalo, NY is hiring for full-time phone support representatives. You'll answer questions from health care providers and patients, coordinate medication refills, and work with insurers on denied claims.

Starting pay is $23 per hour with a $3 shift differential on weekends, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before December 28, 2026. The role includes benefits and potential credential bonuses for CPhT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician: 1+ years.
• Licensed/registered Pharmacy Technician as required by state law.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.

Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth! As our organization continues to expand and our employees develop and promote within, we currently have Full Time positions available on our phone support team.

Please note, currently all of our available schedules begin at 11 or 11:30am EST.

Our specialty pharmacy is located in Buffalo, NY. This is a remote opportunity, after onsite training period.

Starting salary from $23.00 an hour and up - we also offer $3.00/HR shift differential for WEEKEND schedules.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before Decem ber 28th, 2026.

We offer quarterly incentive bonuses as well as a $500 bonus for technicians to obtain their CPhT and/or CPhT-ADV credentials.

As a member of our Outbound Phone Support team, you will:

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff to coordinate medication refill deliveries.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numeral), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology

• Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills

Required education:
