Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking an inbound phone support technician to assist health care providers and patients by phone, coordinating medication refills and communicating with physician offices. This is a remote role after an onsite training period in Louisville, KY.

The position starts at $21.00 per hour with a $3.00/hour weekend differential, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires starting before December 28, 2026.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician with 1+ year experience.
• Licensed/registered Pharmacy Technician as required by state law.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from health care providers and patients, answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices.
• Work with insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.

Please note, currently all of our available schedules begin at 11 or 11:30am EST.

Our specialty pharmacy is located in Louisville, KY. This is a remote opportunity, after onsite training period.

Starting salary from $21.00 an hour and up - w e also offer $3.00/HR shift differential for WEEKEND schedules.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before December 28th, 2026.

We offer quarterly incentive bonuses as well as a $500 bonus for technicians to obtain their CPhT and/or CPhT-ADV credentials.

As a member of our Inbound Phone Support team, you will:

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff to coordinate medication refill deliveries.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.

• Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numeral), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology

• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
