Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching other pharmacy technicians if certified.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

Customer Experience

Operations

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including data entry, prescription filling, and verifying medicines.

• Building relationships with healthcare providers and supporting community outreach.

Training & Development
