• Assist pharmacists under supervision, following regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug info, process prescriptions, and coach other technicians if certified.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and developing relationships with customers.

Operations

• Support pharmacy practice under pharmacist supervision, including entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and managing workflow.
• Report prescription errors and adhere to dispensing policies.
• Handle sales, cash register operations, and customer inquiries.
• Assist with inventory management and clinical services as needed.
• Maintain good relationships with healthcare providers and support store maintenance.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification, with opportunities for promotion.
• Attend training and acquire continuing education credits.
• Must be fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, and PTCB certification.
