Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in practicing pharmacy, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Additional Duties

• Perform pharmacy duties such as entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and checking for interactions.
• Support inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals.
• Support clinical services and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification, or obtain it as a condition for promotion.
• Attend training sessions and acquire continuing education credits.
• Must be fluent in English; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends required.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
