Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions; assisting with and coaching other pharmacy technicians and cashiers as applicable.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Additional duties:

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, verifying medication accuracy, and assisting in workflow management.
• Reporting prescription errors promptly and adhering to quality and safety policies.
• Handling sales transactions, assisting customers in locating products, and managing pharmacy inventory and supplies.
• Supporting clinical services and maintaining good relationships with healthcare providers.
• Participating in training to maintain PTCB certification and continuing education to stay current with industry developments.

Requirements include fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico), willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to training and personal development.
