Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
3. Providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Additional duties involve:

• Supporting inventory management, handling prescriptions, and clerical tasks.
• Supporting clinical services and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers.
• Maintaining a neat and stocked pharmacy environment.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or prior Walgreens employment.
• Good math and computer skills.
• PTCB certification (preferred).
