Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and, if certified, coaching other pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices and developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Supporting pharmacy operations under supervision, including data entry, prescription filling, and verifying medicines.
• Reporting prescription errors and adhering to pharmacy policies.
• Handling sales transactions, assisting with inventory, and supporting clinical services as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification through our training program and continuing education.
• Attending training sessions and staying updated on healthcare developments.
