Responsibilities include:

• Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program and/or state certification requirements.
• Attend training sessions, acquire continuing education credits, and stay updated on healthcare developments.
• Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico), willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, and PTCB certification.
