• Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations. Perform other Pharmacy Department duties as per company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with coaching pharmacy technicians and cashiers in their respective roles.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers, resolving issues, and sharing service best practices.

Customer Experience

• Greet customers, offer assistance, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy practice under pharmacist supervision, including entering patient and drug info, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and checking for interactions.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to policies regarding dispensing and quality improvement.
• Handle sales, process claims, support inventory management, and assist with clinical services as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification, attend training, and acquire continuing education credits.
• Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico), willing to work flexible hours, and preferably have some retail experience and knowledge of pharmacy operations.
