Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state and federal regulations, and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist in operating pharmacy systems and cash registers, especially if PTCB certified.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers and offering assistance, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assisting in pharmacy duties under supervision, including data entry, prescription filling, and verifying medicines.
• Reporting prescription errors immediately and adhering to quality policies.
• Handling sales transactions, assisting with inventory management, and supporting clinical services as required.
• Maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification through the training program or state registration, and earning it as a condition for promotion.
• Participating in training and continuing education to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
