Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, following state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations, including coaching if PTCB certified.
• Providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Additional duties:

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and clerical tasks.
• Supporting clinical services, including sample collection and coordination with healthcare providers.
• Maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment and adhering to company policies.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program.
• Attend training sessions, earn continuing education credits, and stay updated on healthcare developments.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
