Responsibilities include:

1. Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations, and perform other pharmacy duties per company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations if PTCB certified.
3. Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients, greet them, offer assistance, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices and develop strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy practices, including data entry, prescription filling, and verifying medicines under supervision.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to quality and safety policies.
• Handle cash register transactions, assist with inventory, and support clinical services as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment and support external relationships with healthcare providers.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program or state certification, and pursue ongoing education.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
