Job summary

Harris Teeter in Bowie, MD is seeking a pharmacy/retail associate to provide world class customer service and support pharmacists. • Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position
• Experience as a pharmacy clerk/retail associate is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and assist pharmacists with responsibilities not requiring professional judgement
• Reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing
• Process payments and handle cashiering, coupons, and various tender types
• Answer phones, triage inquiries, and complete billing procedures
• Count, measure, and prepare specified products per company practices
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and customer waiting areas
• Monitor inventory management and ordering of medications, devices, supplements and supplies
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
