Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist's professional judgement.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding same.
• Handle cash register operations and tender electronic transactions (Credit/Debit Cards, EBT and Gift Cards) and cash/cheque payments to prevent loss.
• Answer phones and triage inquiries; complete billing procedures to ensure best value to customer and company.
• Manage inventory and ordering of medications, devices, supplements and supplies; perform ordering with wholesalers.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and customer areas; comply with safety guidelines.
