Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent patient service. You will assist with immunizations, manage routine tasks, and follow SOPs to maintain compliance and patient safety.

Responsibilities include assisting at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions, while contributing to inventory and workflow efficiency in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• Minimum age 16 if no explicit minimum age set by state boards.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to deliver safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with immunizations and other pharmacy services where permitted by law.
• Follow SOPs and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with receipts, returns, and stock management.
