Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service. You will follow SOPs across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows while maintaining a caring, compliant environment.

You will assist with inventory, immunizations where permitted, and communications with patients and colleagues to ensure a positive experience and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support pharmacy operations with attention to patient safety and accuracy.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off.
• Deliver empathetic patient service and resolve questions at the register or by phone.
• Handle inventory tasks per policy, including returns-to-stocks and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure safe dispensing and patient privacy.
• Support immunizations and vaccines where permitted by law and training.
