Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our in-store pharmacy team with safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and caring patient service. You will follow SOPs, assist pharmacists, and help patients at pickup, drive-thru or over the phone where available.

You will complete required training, meet state licensing and certification requirements, protect patient privacy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture with reliable attendance and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Process prescription fulfillment safely and accurately across production, pickup, drive-thru, and drop-off.
• Deliver compassionate patient care, including immunizations where allowed, and assist with escalations.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed by the pharmacy leadership team.
