Job summary

Clearway Health in East Bridgewater, MA, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support preparation, packaging, and distribution of pharmaceuticals in a patient‑focused specialty setting.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, pharmacy licensure, and a preference for national certification. You will handle inventory, audits, and use automated systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher level education preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license with the state Board of Pharmacy required.
• Active National Certification verified by PTCB or ExCPT preferred.
• 1+ years of direct pharmacy-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to patients by phone or in person.
• Assist with medication preparation and packaging.
• Prepare products for use including repacking, compounding, barcoding.
• Ensure compliance with laws, accreditation standards, and client policies; participate in double-checks.
• Deliver products to patient care areas while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain proficiency with dispensing machines, robotics, barcoding systems, and pharmacy software.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and department policies; stay updated on procedures.
• Assist with inventory control including receiving, stocking, and replenishment.
• Receive and stock products per storage requirements and policy.
• Monitor expiry dates and communicate needs to Pharmacists and purchasers.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and compliant with regulations.
• Participate in performance and quality improvement initiatives.
