Job summary

Clearway Health in Brockton, MA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support patient care through accurate medication preparation, packaging, and distribution. You will handle inventory control, compliance audits, and maintain essential pharmacy records while collaborating with management and the pharmacist to deliver patient-focused specialty services.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of pharmacy-related experience, an active state license, and a preference for national certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the respective state.
• Active National Certification verified by PTCB or ExCPT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and greeting patients in person.
• Assist with medication preparation and packaging, including compounding as needed.
• Prepare products for use and ensure proper packaging, repacking, bar-coding, and related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with laws, accreditation standards, and client policies; participate in double-check systems.
• Deliver medications to patient care areas while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
• Operate and be proficient with automated dispensing systems, robotics, barcoding, and pharmacy software.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas; support inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Receive products from wholesalers/direct shipments and stock per policy and storage requirements.
• Check products for use-by dates and suitability for use according to procedures.
