Clearway Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our patient-focused specialty pharmacy team in California. You will assist with medication preparation, inventory, and maintaining records under supervision of the Manager and Pharmacist.

Requirements include a current Pharmacy Technician license, 1+ year of related experience, and a High School diploma or GED. The role offers growth, a supportive culture, and a compensation range of $50,000–$66,500 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of direct pharmacy-related experience required.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the respective state required.
• Active National Certification verified by PTCB or ExCPT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides highest level of customer service, in person or over the phone.
• Assist with medication preparation and packaging.
• Prepare products for use including repacking, compounding, barcoding, and related tasks.
• Ensure all preparations comply with laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and client policies.
• Deliver products to patient care areas maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain proficiency with automated dispensing machines, robotics, barcoding systems, and computer applications.
• Adhere to all laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
