Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our store team and support pharmacists in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and customer service. You will work closely with patients, handle pick‑ups, drive‑thru, and phone inquiries while following all SOPs and safety guidelines.

You will complete required training and licensing steps, with opportunities to assist in immunizations and vaccination programs where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 18 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with immunizations and vaccines where licensed and trained.
• Perform basic inventory activities and stock management per SOPs.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick‑up, drive‑thru, and on the phone.
