Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate, convenient care in our retail stores. You will assist with daily pharmacy operations, follow SOPs, and help patients with pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions.

As a technician, you will complete required training, adhere to state licensing guidelines, and participate in immunization and optional clinical services where permitted.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support inventory activities, including counting, returns-to-stocks and stocking.
• Follow SOPs and state regulations to protect patient safety and privacy.
