Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and delivering compassionate service to patients and customers in-store.

The role requires completing training, meeting state licensing requirements, and contributing to a compliant, safe work environment while assisting with immunizations and other pharmacy services where permitted.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification
• If state board has no minimum age, applicant must be at least 16 years old
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Addressing patient needs with empathy and care at pickup, drive-thru, and phone
• Assist pharmacists in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with deliveries/returns to stock
• Support immunizations and other patient health services where allowed by law
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
