Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering accurate prescriptions and compassionate patient care in our Retail locations. You will follow SOPs, assist with workflow, and help provide immunization and other services where permitted by state law.

You will complete required training and meet licensure requirements as specified by the State Board of Pharmacy. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a caring, inclusive patient experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must comply with state board requirements or licensure/certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or actively enrolled in high school/ equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists in patient care.
• Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, personal service to patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with stocking and cycle counts as directed.
