Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional customer service. You will help manage inventory, support immunization services where permitted, and ensure adherence to SOPs and patient privacy.

The role requires reliable attendance and flexibility to travel within the market as needed. You will complete required training, meet state licensing requirements, and work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice
• If no minimum age, must be at least 16
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to deliver safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where permitted by law
• Perform basic inventory tasks and help maintain compliance with SOPs
• Travel between stores in the market to cover shifts as needed
• Adhere to all federal, state and local regulations and CVS policies
