Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

You will assist with immunizations and a range of pharmacy services, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and CVS policies. This on-site position requires reliability and teamwork across store locations.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and laws.
• Minimum age of 16 if required by state board.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist pharmacy leadership with tasks as directed.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with all relevant laws and CVS policies.

Education
