Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in providing safe and efficient prescription fulfillment within a CVS store. You will help manage workflow, assist patients, and ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs.

Responsibilities include immunization support where allowed, inventory tasks, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role requires state licensure and completion of required trainings; you may travel to other stores as needed to support the market.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice; if no minimum age is mandated, must be at least 16.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Pharmacy technicians must meet registration, licensing and certification requirements as per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Support pharmacy team to deliver safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients with empathy and provide caring service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Perform basic inventory activities and assist with medication deliveries and stock management.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and work shifts across the market as needed.
