Responsibilities

• Contribute to safe and effective operations of the pharmacy alongside the pharmacy team.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic, personalized customer service at pick-up, drive-thru and over the phone.
• Manage basic inventory activities and help with storage and cycle counts.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed and trained.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy.
