Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and exceptional patient service in our North Carolina stores. You will assist with immunizations, inventory, and daily workflow while upholding CVS SOPs and privacy standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, strong customer service skills, and flexibility to travel within the market to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical or customer service setting.
• Willingness to work across the market to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to support pharmacists and ensure safe, accurate prescriptions.
• Assist in inventory activities and ensure proper stocking and cycle counts.
• Provide empathetic, courteous customer interactions at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies.
