Job summary

CVS Health in North Carolina is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and help provide compassionate customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

As part of a dedicated pharmacy team, you will complete required training, maintain compliance with state board requirements, and contribute to efficient pharmacist operations while maintaining a safe, inclusive

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off
• Provide empathetic, consumer-focused service and help address patient questions and concerns
• Complete basic inventory tasks and assist leadership with supplies and cycles
• Be flexible for scheduling to support stores across the market when needed
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety
• Deliver additional patient health services (e.g., immunizations, point-of-care testing) where allowed by law
