Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and ensure safe patient care.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic, personalized service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with returns-to-stocks and cycle counts.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and be open to feedback and learning.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores in the market if needed.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and CVS policies protecting patient safety and privacy.
• Deliver additional health care services where allowed and trained.
